Emotional Release Work

Sometimes life throws so much at us at once that our subconscious protects us from experiencing too many negative emotions at once. Often this happens when we are children, so we are unaware of this happening. When we become adults, we start to notice we don't react as emotionally as others. We may find it difficult to cry or get angry even when we want to. If this sounds familiar you may have a wall protecting your heart and sometimes your stomach and gut from further hurt. Even in our adulthood great trauma may result in heart walls and the need for emotional release. of from wonderful for releasing trapped emotions and walls around our hearts that we pick up as adults as well. Although our adult selves are better ationble to handle life's bumps in the road, we still pick up energetic blockages.
In order to be well-balanced we must remove these walls of protection so we can access our emotions again and become healthy, whole and feeling adults.
